The service

GateRelay provides a hosted MCP gateway with per-agent access control, rate limits, quotas, and audit logging, as described on this site. Features listed are the features that exist — we don't sell roadmaps.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal link or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the billing period, then the workspace downgrades to Free. No refunds for partial months beyond the 14-day money-back window in our fulfillment terms.
• Only forwarded tool calls count toward plan quotas; denied and rate-limited calls are never billed as usage.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to break the law, spam people, or attack other systems.
• API keys are yours to protect; you're responsible for calls made with them — and for the allowlists you write. GateRelay enforces your policy; it cannot judge whether a permitted tool should have been permitted.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No guaranteed outcomes

GateRelay limits the blast radius of agent actions (least-privilege tools, rate limits, quotas) and records them. It does not guarantee prevention of prompt injection, malicious tool output, or upstream compromise, and an audit log proves what was recorded — not that an unrecorded action never happened elsewhere.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We'll post material changes here and email active customers before they take effect.
